Submission Guidelines

IEEE Policy and Submission Requirements

  • Presentation Requirement: IEEE reserves the right to remove any paper from IEEE Xplore® if it is not presented at the conference.
  • Originality: Submissions must be original, free of plagiarism, and not under review elsewhere. Violations will result in action by the IEEE Communications Society.
  • Registration: To publish in the IMNS 2026 Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, at least one author must register at the FULL or LIMITED rate and present the paper (or an approved substitute). Registration fees are non-refundable and must be paid before uploading the final version. One registration covers up to two accepted papers.
  • Author Information: The author list and paper title in the submitted PDF must exactly match the EDAS registration. All co-authors must be listed. Changes to the author list after acceptance are not allowed.
  • Submission Format:
    • Initial submission: PDF only, via EDAS.
    • Language: English
    • Length: Maximum 6 pages (10-point font). Papers exceeding 6 pages will be rejected without review.
  • Final Submission: Maximum 6 pages; up to 2 extra pages allowed at $100 per page.
  • Templates: Use IEEE Word templates (A4 or US Letter): IEEE Templates.

Camera-ready Submission Instructions

Camera-ready deadline: July 10, 2026 (Extended).

  1. Update Your Manuscript
    • Incorporate all feedback from the peer reviewers.
    • Adhere to the strict page limits and formatting guidelines dictated by the IMNS conference.
    • Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers.
  2. Complete the IEEE Copyright Form
    • Log in to EDAS and navigate to your paper.
    • Click the Copyright icon, shown as a © symbol, next to your paper title.
    • Follow the link to the pre-populated IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF) and electronically sign it.
  3. Register for the Conference
    • At least one author must register for the conference at the appropriate author rate.
  4. Upload to EDAS
    • Go to the main EDAS paper page.
    • Under your submission, click the Final Manuscript upload link.
