    REGISTRATION FEEs

       1. Conference Full Reg. Fee (covers up to two conference or workshop papers):

            IEEE Member ($650)

            Non IEEE Member ($700)

        2. Workshop ONLY Reg. Fee (covers only one workshop paper):

            IEEE Member ($400)

            Non IEEE Member ($450)

         Conference registration fees include access to conference sessions and exhibit hall, networking events, coffee breaks, lunches and electronic proceedings.

        Notes:

        Paper Uploads: To submit the final paper and all associated attachments, at least one of the authors must register in advance. 

        Authors who pay an author registration fee are allowed to upload up to 2 papers.

 

    METHOD OF PAYMENT

        Registration can only be confirmed once payment is received.
        Payment can be made by any of the following methods:
            * Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

    CANCELLATION POLICY

        The cancellation will only  be made in exceptional circumstances with $80 service fee. 

        Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel does not constitute a refund. 

        The name on the registration can be changed without penalty.
